Simple DIY face packs using ingredients from your home

 Given how our busy lives make us step out every day, getting dull and dry skin is very common. It’s not fate that will take care of your skin but you will have to put in some effort and care for your skin. With heat, cold, makeup, and pollution, our skin goes through multiple changes like acne, tanning, pigmentation, blemishes and aging, and fine lines. As we know that these are not good for our skin and to have perfect and clear skin we need to put some care into it with home made ubtan face pack.

There are many ingredients available at home that you can use to make a face pack. But one thing you need to know is that not all ingredients suit all skin types and you need to find the right one that solves your skin problems. Here are some recipes for ubtan face pack, you can choose the one that suits your skin.

1.      Honey and turmeric face pack

Honey is an antibacterial ingredient and helps to keep your skin clear. All you need is a teaspoon of honey, two teaspoons of cornstarch, and one-fourth teaspoon of turmeric powder. To make this Turmeric face pack, you need to mix turmeric, honey, and cornstarch to make a smooth paste. If you have dry skin then add oil that suits your skin. If you have oily skin then add lemon and yogurt. Apply this face pack to your face and neck and leave it for 15-20 minutes. With a warm wet cloth remove the face pack. To get that glow, repeat this face pack three times a week.

2.      Sandalwood, tomato, and turmeric face pack

Sandalwood refreshes and rejuvenates the skin and also improves the complexion of the skin. It is also great to fight aging problems. What you need is one tomato, one-fourth teaspoon of turmeric powder, and one teaspoon of sandalwood partner. Just cut the tomato in half and remove the seeds. Add turmeric and sandalwood powder to that half of the tomato and apply the face pack on the face and neck.  Just leave it for 15 minutes and then rinse this turmeric face pack with warm water.

3.      Aloe vera gel, honey, and turmeric face pack

Aloe vera gel has great antibacterial properties that fight acne, dryness, blemishes, and pimples. Use one teaspoon of aloe vera gel, one-fourth teaspoon of turmeric powder, and one teaspoon of honey. Mix all the ingredients and make a paste. Apply this turmeric face pack and wait until it dries. Use a warm wet cloth and remove the mask. For that extra glow repeat this 3-4 times a week.

  1. Rosewater and Multani Mitti Face pack

Mix both the ingredients together until you get a smooth paste. Apply this ubtan face pack evenly on your face and leave it to dry for 15 minutes. Once dry, wash it off with warm water and complete the skincare regime with a water-based moisturizer. You need to hydrate the skin and make sure to lock the moisture in if you have dry skin.

  1. Yogurt and Multani Mitti Face pack with Turmeric

 Mix two teaspoons of Multani mitti with one teaspoon of yogurt and a pinch of turmeric. Make sure the turmeric does not stain and is organic. Mix everything in a bowl and make sure there are no lumps in the mixture. Apply this multani mitti face pack evenly to your face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Wash it all off with warm water and complete it with a moisturizer.
